Each event has an allocation for Gift Experience Voucher holders, and once this allocation is filled, we’re unfortunately unable to accept further voucher bookings for that date. This ensures we can fairly manage availability across multiple partners and maintain the best possible experience for all our guests.
Depending on the time of year, the voucher allocation can sell out three months in advance, so we recommend booking and redeeming your voucher well in advance of the date you’d like to attend to avoid disappointment.

N.B. If you want to upgrade your voucher, for example, from a dinner to an overnight stay, you can do this by paying a supplement.
Once your voucher is redeemed, your booking is subject to our terms of service, including our refund policy, which includes a no-refund policy.
