Limited availability and our events sell out!

Each event has a limited number of places reserved for voucher holders, and once this allocation is filled, we’re unfortunately unable to accept further voucher bookings for that date.

This ensures we can fairly manage availability across multiple partners and maintain the best possible experience for all our guests.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible. If your preferred date is already full for vouchers, we’d be happy to help you choose an alternative date or location with availability.

Voucher allocations up to December are sold out, and there is limited availability for some December events and good availability for 2026 dates.

To redeem your voucher, please complete the form below. Please get together the following details:

  1. Preferred event date and venue (And a second choice date if possible)
  2. Number of guests
  3. Your contact number
  4. If required, how many bedrooms and type (e.g. single/double/twin)
  5. Voucher or gift certificate codes and voucher supplier- include any security codes or PINs

Here are our upcoming dates. Please browse and choose a date and venue for which your Gift Experience or Voucher is valid.

N.B., If you want to upgrade your voucher, for example, from a dinner to an overnight stay, you can do this by paying a supplement on redemption. Just let us know in the notes what upgrade you’d like to make.

Once your voucher is redeemed, your booking is subject to our terms of service, including our refund policy, which includes a no-refund policy.
